BIEFFE PROJECT is at the forefront in the field of 3D printing, has the most advanced technologies thanks to Stratasys® printers. Our expertise in this area allows us to offer a wide range of solutions for prototyping and component production.

With FDM ( Fused Deposition Modeling ) 3D printing, we are able to produce parts in the final plastic material. We use high quality materials, such as ABS Carbon, ASA, ULTEM and NYLON , which have exceptional mechanical properties. These materials are ideal for prototyping and small series production.

Thanks to POLYJET 3D printing, we can create models with different materials, perfect for the production of style prototypes. This technology allows us to obtain high precision and finishing results, satisfying the aesthetic needs of our customers.

The Formlabs 3b+ SLA 3D printer enables us to produce parts with complex geometries and better surface finishes than other additive processes. Furthermore, it also allows us to print components with biocompatible resins for biomedical applications.

In addition to 3D printing, BIEFFE PROJECT also has a 3-axis CNC-machining center for mechanical processing,  prototyping, creation of jigs and equipment. We use high quality metal and plastic materials as well as polyurethane maquette boards and PMMA.

To make our design process even more efficient, we use professional structured light 3D scanners, useful for digitizing physical models and transforming them into 3D CAD models through Reverse Engineering. This technology offers us the possibility of replicating objects or personalizing them through rapid manufacturing
