For the design and modeling of the components, we use  advanced CAE ( Computer Aided Engineering ) tools which enables to simulate and optimize the structural behavior of composite materials. This guarantees us the maximum efficiency and safety of the finished products.

Through our experience in modeling and prototyping we are able to offer high precision modeling services. We use state-of-the-art technology to create accurate and detailed physical models that faithfully represent the final components.

In addition, we offer the service of tooling and mold design, as well as the creation of detailed documentation of the positioning and orientation of the individual layers of composite materials during lamination. This process is essential to guarantee the correct realization of the components and the quality of the finished product.
