Bieffe Project provides solutions for designing carbon fibre and composite materials, catering to both structural and aesthetic components. Based in Modena, the company offers engineering consultancy services specifically in the area of carbon fibre and composites.

We specialise in developing lightweight and robust structural components, optimising mechanical properties and product performance. We also assess the feasibility of lay-up processes, allowing precise and controlled layering of composite materials to achieve high-quality results.

For the design and modelling of components, we utilise advanced CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) tools that enable us to simulate and optimise the structural behaviour of composite materials. This ensures maximum efficiency and safety of the finished products.

Leveraging our experience in modelling and prototype creation, we offer high-precision model-making services. We use cutting-edge technologies to produce accurate and detailed physical models that faithfully represent the final components.

Additionally, we provide design services for tooling and moulds, as well as detailed documentation of the placement and orientation of individual composite layers during lamination. This process is crucial for ensuring the correct fabrication of components and the quality of the finished product.
